Paul Pandian is currently the Advisor of Tech Mahindra (Americas) Inc., in Dallas, Texas.  The company he founded in 1990, Axes Technologies, Inc., was merged with Tech Mahindra in 2005. He is also Chairman of Glow Networks, a Telecom Service Company, based in Dallas and Bangalore.  He has wide business interests in India including Floriculture, Agro Products and Media and Entertainment.  He is a promoter of Shipco, a Logistics SEZ, based in Bangalore.  He also serves as the Chairman of Greater Dallas Indo American Chamber of Commerce and the President of TiE Dallas.  He serves on the Advisory Council of the Management School of The University of Texas at Dallas and on the Board of the Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. He has engineering degrees from Annamalai University and Syracuse University in New York and graduate business education from the Wharton School.
